Terms of Service

Crossposting lets you create, schedule, and publish content to social media platforms you connect. We provide the tooling; the content remains yours and your responsibility.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

One person or organization per account. You may connect multiple social accounts according to your plan's limits.

You agree not to use Crossposting to publish content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or violates the terms of the social platforms you connect (spam, artificial engagement, impersonation, etc.).

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put our platform integrations at risk.

You keep full ownership of everything you upload and publish. You grant us only the limited right to store and transmit your content to the platforms you select — that's what the service is.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish.

Publishing depends on APIs operated by the social platforms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or decisions about your accounts. If a platform revokes access, affected features may stop working until access is restored.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds can be requested within 7 days of a charge by email.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data immediately. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
