The 30-second cross-post workflow that replaced my whole stack

From 1 hour of app-switching to 30 seconds: the exact daily workflow.

My old routine: export the clip, open TikTok, upload, write caption, post. Open Instagram, switch to the brand account, upload again, rewrite the caption, post. Open YouTube... you know how this goes. Four platforms took over an hour, so I only did it on 'good' days — maybe three times a week.

The new routine

1. Drop the clip into the composer (10 seconds).

2. Paste the caption once — the tool trims it per platform's limits (10 seconds).

3. Select all accounts, hit schedule (10 seconds).

That's the entire workflow. The queue fills a week ahead in one sitting on Sunday, and the rest of the week costs zero minutes.

Why the time saved actually matters

It's not about the hour. It's that friction decides frequency. When posting cost an hour, I posted 3x a week. When it cost 30 seconds, I posted 7x a week across 4x more platforms — a 9x increase in lottery tickets for the same content.

Volume is the only lever you fully control. Cut the friction and the volume takes care of itself.
